If you have any second thoughts about your purchase, you can still send it back to us as long as it is still intact (in case of bottles of any other types of containers, they need to be unopened).

Our return policy allows you to return the product purchased in the role of “customer” of Leone Pace oil mill on the website www.frantoiopace.com and withdraw from the sale contract without giving any specific reasons, within 6 months of purchase.

If you buy in the role of “customer” and withdraw from the sale contract, we will start our refund procedure for the order whose contract you want to withdraw but net of the shipping costs incurred for sending the order and any collection costs within 30 days of receipt of the product /s at our office.

We send you the courier to collect the items you want to return, you only have to pack the cans/bottles and write on the complete address of Leone Pace oil mill on the package. Otherwise, you can arrange your own courier. Return shipping will be at your expense.

You will be able to return even partially the goods you have received (for example, if you have received 6 bottles, you can return 5 of them). In such cases, you will receive a refund related to the returned items.  
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us via mail at info@frantoiopace.com and , as a guarantee, law requests to send a registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours to FRANTOIO PACE DI PACE VITO S.A.S. – Viale A. Moro 26 Castellana Grotte (BA). If you have a certified email address (PEC), you can send a certified email instead of the registered letter to our PEC email address: frantoiopace@pec.it

In the email, please state:

• Order reference number;
• Order date;
• the product or products for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code;
• your bank details (IBAN code), to which we will send the refund.

Costs and risks related to returning the product are your responsibility.

For high shipping safety standards, the return is required to be done using the original packaging. You can return them easily and safely.

Please note that, if you purchase in the role of “professional” (i.e. the legal or natural person who acts in the exercise of his entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, or his intermediary), the law does not provide you with the right of withdrawal.
