They are made exclusively with sun-dried tomatoes from the South-East area of Bari, in Puglia. The Frantoio Pace Leone’s dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil are preserved in oil according to an ancient method and seasoned with mint and garlic.

They contain:

• vitamins: beta carotene, B1, B2, C, PP;
• mineral salts: potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium and iron.

Notes:

• gluten-free product;
• you can taste them as they are or a side dish for fat meat of fish dishes;
• they are rich in lycopene, which is a powerful antioxidant.
