Scent: broad, intense, fresh grass with notes of artichokes and tomatoes.

Taste: thanks to its high quantity of polyphenols and vitamin E, it has fruity notes with a balance of bitterness and spiciness, particularly appreciated by those palates which prefer strong flavours.

Food pairing: ideal to eat raw, its strong flavour is also perfect for delicious grilled meat, legume soups, bruschettas and pizzas.
